Mira Commerce was thrilled for the opportunity to work with Griot’s Garage to re-platform their website to the BigCommerce platform. Starting out as a humble family business, their love of cars led to the creation of leading-edge car care products. Since 1990 they’ve developed, manufactured, and bottled their own brand label car care products in their U.S. manufacturing center, giving them total quality control to design and meet the highest of standards for perfection and quality. With one flagship store currently and plans to expand their brick-and-mortar space, a robust eCommerce shopping experience was top priority to be an added channel for their company-owned-stores.
As Griot’s grew into a multichannel business, they outgrew their 30-year-old infrastructure systems and backend capabilities to provide that unique customer engagement. Giving their customers a hands-on experience is in their DNA, and this service needed to be delivered on the backend. Griot’s team trusted Mira Commerce as their technology partner to prioritize their wish list while creating a robust, specialized eCommerce channel that reengaged their Direct-to-Consumer business.
In October 2021, we launched an integrated Direct-to-Consumer website which includes a specialized catalog and allows Griot’s team to remain hands-on with their customer interactions. The newly re-platformed site on BigCommerce recommits to their customer engagement, while aligning with retail partners that will give Griot’s a greater global reach in the near future.
